LITTLE GIANNA's Story

Little Gianna—aka Little G—is a bundle of BIG energy and even bigger personality!

When she first comes out of her kennel, Little G bursts onto the scene with excitement to spare. She can be a little jumpy and may try to use her mouth when she’s amped up, but don’t let that fool you—this girl is smart, eager, and ready to learn! With consistent training, structure, and plenty of activity, she’ll quickly pick up on good manners and shine.

Underneath all that enthusiasm is a super affectionate pup who loves belly rubs, pets, and attention. She’s treat-motivated (hello, training opportunities!) and genuinely wants to connect with her people.

Little G is currently living with two other dogs, and all that kennel time means her energy comes out in one big, joyful burst when she gets her freedom. She’ll do best in an active home that can keep her busy, engaged, and learning—think walks, playtime, and maybe even some fun training games.

If you’re looking for a lively, loving pup who will keep you laughing and moving, Little G might just be your perfect match. Get ready for zoomies, snuggles, and a whole lot of fun!

Little Gianna has participated in shelter playgroups and may enjoy a compatible canine friend in her new home. She's also sharing her shelter suite with a friend she met at the shelter. Looking for a buddy for your dog? Bring him/her to the shelter for a meet and greet and see if we're a match! Check out her playgroup video here:

To meet me, visit the Bradshaw Animal Shelter Tuesday-Sunday, Noon - 5:00 pm, Wednesdays, Noon - 6:00 pm. All adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis. To help expedite the meet and greet process, please make note of my Animal ID number, and those of other dogs you might be interested in meeting. Be sure to bring your ID with you, too. We are located at 3839 Bradshaw Road, Sacramento. I look forward to getting to know you!
